  • Customizable dashboards using visual designer to automate +30days depot asset inspections or monitoring to SAP system.

  • Reduce human errors from manual posting the measurement into SAP system every month.

  • Business-leading of data modeling and analytics using a combination of available operations metrics.

Project Outcomes

  • Delivered the fit to purpose Automation Architects to optimal efficiency from the field work.

  • Historical measurable record/data that is present in the Orchestrator database will be ingested and available in Insights within a few minutes.

  • Building with in-depth view of Orchestrator jobs, queues, and machines in any status. The advantage of Real Time Monitoring is that data from jobs & queues have a latency of approximately 1 minute instead of historical of 15 to 30 minutes.

PROJECT 9 - FuelFacs FBS Automation System

Project Aims

  • To develop Terminal Automation Systems to a standardized and reliable platform for product loading at loading racks with improved availability by addressing all the Hardware, Software and Infrastructure to meet the requirements.

  • Integrating FBS with the recently upgraded and Azure cloud hosted CBS.

  • Standardize FBS configuration naming convention: align with UCOS (Tanks, Presets, Meters Injectors, Loading Bays).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • IT Project Lead; to lead the team to establish the Network Infrastructure, manages Cisco Switches, Palo Alto Firewalls, ‘zones and conduits’ network architecture.

  • Performing Network infrastructure change request required: - new addressing, switches, and firewall configuration.

Key Project Highlights

  • IT Consultancy of Terminal Automation System to validate connectivity and operations across 4 countries, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia & Australia

  • Performs accuracy to validate cutover and trial load success for the transition to standard terminal operations.

  • Successfully built up the automated system making sure safe operations are still in good condition by testing safety on loading devices such as ESD and POD.

Project Outcomes

  • Established and enforced automation requirement processes & standardize across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia & Australia.

Project Aims

Developed Electronic Maintenance Platform for Chevron and external maintenance contractors who are managing the repair and maintenance in the Hong Kong & Singapore Service Station’s Network.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • As a Project Manager to develop the mobile app and web platforms.

  • Making sure Mobile app is used to place maintenance orders for Hong Kong & Singapore Service Stations, follow up on maintenance status and export maintenance data (such as order list and reports).

Key Project Highlights

  • Consolidating records for all repairs and maintenance, covering individual Service Station profiles, maintenance transaction data, maintenance tracking and monitoring status for both Hong Kong & Singapore.

  • Easy access and information sharing between Hong Kong & Singapore as all servers hosted as VM on Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.

  • Big improvement on cost savings, scalable, and reliable operations to meet Chevron expectations.

Project Outcomes

  • Successfully improved maintenance record availability for two countries.

PROJECT 11 - Chevron Fuel Management System

Project Aims

  • To make Electronic Fuel Delivery Systems use foundation of AI loT technologies as basic layer. The whole system should divide into 4 major functional areas. Office, Vehicle,Construction Site & CLOUD.

  • A RFID is introduced to identify the refilled machine to record the detail, such as machine number. This tag will also be captured the record & check process for verification.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Software designer for RFID system design and configuration for end-users.

  • A Mobile loT detector also installed for record retentions.

Key Project Highlights

First digital system for construction segment with diesel customers as well as a great tool that differentiates from and gains over fuel competitor in Hong Kong.

  • Process controls to improve the accuracy of diesel fuel transactions.

PROJECT 12 - Biofuel /renewable fuel consultation & recommendations on policy measures, infrastructure on Aviation Fuel supply chain.

Dates: 2 Years

Role: SME Subject Matter Expert Project Manager

Project Aims

  • Certification for use in commercial aviation, can be used in existing engines, fuel systems and fuelling infrastructure.

  • Work with relevant government  departments to streamline approval procedures for SAF transportation and storage.

  • Provided guidelines to allow BioJet blend in airport storage facilities and hydrant systems if possible.

  • Determine the source location of BioJet and fossil jet and Blending locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop demand scenarios and compare those to expected future supply of BioJet fuel.

  • Identify a long list of potential BioJet blend locations that would allow for the receipt, storage, blending, and integration of BioJet fuel into HKIA’s jet fuel supply chain.

  • Detailed assessment on the short-listed options.

Key Project Highlights

  • Negotiated with airlines that have to meet an increasing % of their CO2 reduction obligation using BioJet.

  • Airlines operating at HKIA expressed an interest to use BioJet fuel in the future.

  • Achieved a basket of measures to meet the ICAO targets for CO2 emission reductions. This included offsets, biofuel, efficiency improvements and operational improvements.

  • Will qualify for infrastructure requirements once ASTM certified and JIG compliant.

Project Outcomes

  • Process controls to improve accuracy of diesel fuel transactions.

  • Helping developers to build resilient strategies to protect the business values from fraud at Construction Sites.

  • Evaluated EAFS to perform blending operations after which blended BioJet was integrated into regular jet fuel storage.

  • Engaged with government authorities for technical study and assessment. Part of the available land for expansion must be used for installing blending capacity.

  • Completion of the framework for storage tanks that will be equipped with blending facilities.

  • Identified the dedicated BioJet reception pipeline to be constructed to the jetty, including new jetty loading-arms.

  • Engaged with Cathay Pacific Airlines to initially promote development and use of the SAF in Hong Kong to retain and enhance leading international aviation hub, with a target of 2024 to achieve this.

  • JIG Membership by applying the aviation fuel supply standards covering the whole supply chain for aviation endorsed by IATA.

  • Provided strategic planning and change management of modernizing the jet fuel supply chain.

  • Successfully to build consulting team and lead business development of SAF to achieve its long-term environmental targets & to support the global transition to a low carbon economy.
